Subhadra Yojana: Rs 1 Credited to Beneficiaries By Government of Odisha.

The Odisha government has taken a significant step towards empowering women with the launch of the Subhadra Yojana, set to begin on September 17, coinciding with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday. This ambitious scheme aims to provide financial assistance to eligible women across the state, marking a pivotal moment in women’s development initiatives.

Testing Phase Successful with Direct Benefit Transfer

Recently, many beneficiaries received Rs 1 in their bank accounts as part of a Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) testing process. This test transaction was conducted to verify the authenticity of the bank accounts of the applicants. The positive response from the recipients indicates readiness for the full rollout of the scheme, where eligible beneficiaries will receive Rs 5,000 on the launch day, September 17.

The testing phase for the Subhadra Yojana has been a big success! Eligible women in Odisha received Rs 1 in their bank accounts during the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) testing. This step is very important to make sure that the financial help reaches the right people without any problems.

The main aim of this testing was to check if the bank accounts registered by the beneficiaries were real. By transferring Rs 1, the government confirmed that these accounts are active and can receive larger amounts later. This checking process is necessary for the smooth rollout of the full financial assistance program, giving each beneficiary Rs 5,000 on the launch day.

The good results from this testing show that the government is serious about ensuring the Subhadra Yojana works well. By doing these early transactions, the Odisha government wants to avoid any issues when the full benefits are given out. It also helps build trust with the beneficiaries, assuring them that the system is ready to support their financial needs.

As the launch date gets closer, the excitement among the beneficiaries is growing. Many eagerly await the financial support that the Subhadra Yojana will provide. This successful DBT testing phase is an important step that sets the stage for a smooth launch of the scheme, marking a new beginning for women’s empowerment in Odisha.

What to do if you didn’t receive Rs 1 during DBT testing of Subhadra Yojana?

If you are an eligible beneficiary of the Subhadra Yojana in Odisha and did not receive the Rs 1 during the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) testing phase, here are a few steps you can take:

  1. Contact the Subhadra Yojana helpline number: The Odisha government has launched a toll-free helpline number (14678) for inquiries related to the scheme. The helpline is available from 6 AM to 10 PM and is managed by the Women and Child Development (W&CD) Department. You can call this number to report the issue and seek assistance.
  2. Check your bank account details: Ensure that the bank account details you provided during registration are correct and active. If there are any discrepancies, update the information with the authorities through the helpline or by visiting the CSC.
  3. Bank Server Issues: Sometimes, the bank’s server may be down or experiencing technical difficulties, which can prevent transactions from being processed.
  4. Inactive or Closed Bank Account: If the bank account linked to your registration is inactive, closed, or has any restrictions, the transfer may not go through.
  5. Network Issues: Poor internet connectivity or network problems at the time of the transaction could also prevent the successful transfer of funds.
  6. System Errors: There could be glitches or errors in the software used for the DBT system, which might affect the transaction process.

What to Do if You Suspect a Technical Issue

  • Contact Your Bank: Reach out to your bank’s customer service to check if there are any issues with your account.
  • Check for Notifications: Look for any messages or notifications from the government or your bank regarding the DBT testing phase.
  • Stay Updated: Keep an eye on official announcements regarding the Subhadra Yojana, as updates may provide information on any ongoing technical issues affecting beneficiaries.

Remember, the successful transfer of Rs 1 during the DBT testing phase is crucial to ensure that your account is ready to receive the full financial assistance of Rs 5,000 on the launch day of the Subhadra Yojana.

  1. Govt of Odisha should give each and Every House wife who is not a Govt Employee. And registration process should done by Finger print. That is a much more safe process. Through OTP is not a safe process. If a woman died on sometimes before her adhar link mob no is with her husband. Then his husband can also apply it by OTP process. Govt should stop This OTP process registration.
